"Exercise is very much a passion for me. I use it to better myself and help those around me. My experience as a personal trainer led me to find my own unique style of training. No two sessions ever feel the same. I like to be involved with the community and reach out to those I can help. I started my own gym working by myself. It allowed me to learn and grow to eventually bring me to this point with Windy City Fitness Club. I would like to reach out and help get you on the path to a healthier lifestyle and promote good habits in our youth."

“My first introduction to fitness was through sports. In my younger years I tried to be as strong and fast as I could be for my smaller frame. As I got older, my focus shifted towards being healthy without sacrificing my athleticism. My training philosophy moving forward became about using minimal weights while exerting maximum effort. I try to incorporate some athletic movements in my training sessions but focus more on functional training and movements. My goal is to get you to be as healthy and as strong as I know you can be!”

I began my fitness journey 8 years ago. I was introduced to Mr. Dean and was told he can help me reach my goals. We started off doing 1 on 1 sessions three times a week at a park. Over time, we transitioned over to group sessions and it continued to grow. In less than 6 months I was looking and feeling the best I ever did in my life. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. As fitness became a bigger part of my life, he trained me to join the team as a trainer. We had a plan to help our people reach their fitness goals and that is exactly what we did. Our team has expanded but our goals and dreams are still the same. I personally know the struggle of battling weight loss and the insecurities that may come along with it. The journey is not easy. There will be days you want to stop. Don’t! I make it my personal obligation to push and motivate you to keep going! Continue on this journey with me and all the hard work and dedication will be worth it. We all need a push sometimes. I am here to help YOU!

I go by the name Coach Fix when training because I aim to fix bodies, lifestyles, and hopefully to fixed lives. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over a decade now. Previously when working for other gyms, it felt like their version of training was “too basic.” I needed a place which allowed me to broaden the definition of training. That’s when I decided to bring my talents to Windy City Fitness Club where there is no limits for the term fitness. We go by the slogan “It’s all about the win” and I make sure to embody that. I welcome you all to get your ‘fix’ and become a winner!
