HEAD FITNESS COACH
Welcome to Windy City Fitness Club! Our goal as a company is to help you be the best version of yourself. Traditional gyms can be very intimidating, especially when you’re new and unsure what you are doing. That’s why we want to make our gym as accessible and friendly as possible. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is that we don’t have any of those big machines or weights. That’s because most of the exercises we use are what you already carry with you: your body!
We focus on utilizing various movements and routines that use our own body weight as resistance. On occasion we do use some weights, but rest assured that we are always able to accommodate and modify an exercise. We offer a variety of classes and are always looking for ways to expand our amazing workouts. So come give us a try. You can become the newest member of our Windy City Fitness Club family!
